For U.S. based companies or organizations from which one or more team attends USASF Sanctioned competitions. All Star Clubs will have at least one owner/coach and 4 or more athletes associated to their Club profile. Annual membership fee is $100.

  • Membership in the nation’s largest network of All Star Club owners, coaches, event producers and the companies that serve them.
  • Opportunity to ensure that athletes and coaches are training in facilities and attending events that comply with the sport’s best safety practices.
  • Eligible to compete in USASF-sanctioned competitions and compete for bids to The Cheerleading Worlds and The Dance Worlds.
  • Access to all coach member benefits for club owners:
    1. Eligible to participate in cheer and/or dance Coach Credentialing. More than 7,000 coaches are credentialed yearly to demonstrate their abilities to coach All Star. Cheer coach credentialing examines and tests coaches on their knowledge of each level’s rules and verifies that coaches can safely teach and break skills down. Dance coach credentialing demonstrates knowledge of the general dance rules to ensure the safety of athletes.
    2. Baseline Credentialing Course covering eligibility requirements, minor abuse prevention training and sports-related medical topics.
    3. Access to members-only resources:
      • USASF Coach App through which videos of skills may be submitted to verify legality.
      • USASF video library of rules and glossary terms.
      • Legality official training to enhance knowledge of rules.
    4. USASF digital ID card with background screening green light determination, abuse prevention education and level credentials.
    5. Inclusion in USASF.net’s directory of professionals with designations for building and tumbling credentialing, background screening green light determination and abuse prevention education.
    6. Eligible to participate in USASF enrichment opportunities:
      • Professional development and leadership courses offered at the USASF National Meeting.
      • Service on professional committees that shape the future of All Star.
      • Continuing education through credentialing and legality official training.
  • Access to members-only resources:
    1. USASF Coach App through which videos of skills may be submitted to verify legality.

Fees, Membership Term & Activation of Benefits

  • Annual Membership fee is $100 per membership term for the main location
  • Annual Membership fee for each additional location is $100
  • Membership is valid for one competitive season
  • Membership term begins June 1 – May 31
  • Membership and associate member benefits are activated once an applicant is eligible, meaning they have a current membership, a greenlight background check, and have completed abuse prevention education
  • Membership can be paid anytime during the membership term, however, membership fees are never prorated for delayed or late-season registration
  • Eligibility and access to benefits are not retroactive
  • Membership Fees, once paid to the USASF, are NON-refundable and NON-transferable

Terms and Conditions of Membership

The U.S. All Star Federation expects member Clubs will operate in a manner that positively represents the sport and commits to Athlete Safety as a priority. Therefore, we have standards and requirements that must be met. These are outlined in our terms and conditions of membership. Prior to submitting payment for membership fees, prospective members are asked to review then accept the USASF Membership Agreement: Terms & Conditions.
