We are excited to offer the opportunity to share some resources with you that may be helpful if you are considering creating or changing some of your current Emergency Operation Plans and/or safety protocols for your club.

Retired Law Enforcement Officer, Jason Peetz. Jason has been involved in cheer for more than 35 years. He and his wife, Lauren, have owned Victory! All Stars since 2000. He was a Head Coach of the UNC Charlotte cheerleading team for 13 years and served as a cheerleading judge at the high school, All Star and collegiate levels. In addition, Jason has 20 years of experience in the Charlotte Mecklenburg police department, six of those years spent leading active shooter training for businesses, schools, and churches. Jason brings vital expertise from law enforcement and crisis intervention, having also served on the SWAT team as an operator and a sniper, as a detective on the Violent Criminal Apprehension Team, Dignitary Protection Unit and the Community Coordinator Unit.

Jason’s unique position as both a Club Owner and former Law Enforcement Officer has given him access to resources, insight and experience that may be insightful for you in your search for additional resources to help create or change any of your Emergency Operation Plans and/or safety protocols.
