FUN1 T.1 – “Candlestick”

Intro to Safety Roll. The Safety Roll is taught so when an athlete falls they learn to not to reach and put their hands on the ground. This will protect their arms from taking the blunt force of a fall and breaking.
FUN1 T.5 – “Forward Roll”
Mastering the forward roll.
FUN1 T.6 – “Jump ½ Turn”
Intro to Jump 1⁄2 Turn. This skill teaches how to twist with no other body movement involved. It uses the same body mechanics as a full does later on.
FUN1 T.7 – “Mastering Jump ½ Turn”
In this module we are going to pick up with the Jump 1⁄2 Turn introduced in module 5 and teach the counts so it can be placed in routine!
FUN1 T.8 – “Body Positions”
Intro to body positions (tuck, pike, straddle, upper back stretch, straight).
8A – TUCK POSITION
8B – PIKE POSITION
8C – STRADDLE
8D – STRAIGHT BODY POSITION
FUN1 T.9 – “Table Top”
FUN1 T.10 – “Active / Passive Shoulders”
FUN1 T.11 – “Forward Straddle Roll”
FUN1 T.12 – “Mastering Forward Straddle Roll”
FUN1 T.13 – “Forward Roll to Wolf”
FUN1 T.14 – “Mastering the Forward Roll to Wolf”
In this module we are going to pick up with the Forward Roll to Wolf introduced in Tumbling Module 12 and teach the counts so it can be a second option for the last part of the tumbling sequence in routine!
FUN1 T.15 – “Choreography”
In this module we are going to put all 3 Tumbling Choreography Modules together so you have the tumbling sequence for your routine in one module! Modules included in this choreography section are: T.5 Forward Roll, T.7 Jump 1/2 Turn and T.12 Forward Straddle Roll
