USASF rules, divisions and categories help create a safe, consistent and fair platform for cheer and dance athletes at All Star events and practices. Safety, followed by skill progression and fair play, is the top priority when developing the rules or guidelines USASF members follow. As such, rules adjustments or edits are sometimes required to help meet the needs that accompany these priorities.
